| Q. | I registered but can't log in. Why? | |
| Ans. | You need to click on the activation link in the e-mail that was sent to you. Until your account is activated, you will be unable to log in. You may need to look in your spam folder for the e-mail that was sent to you. It may also help to read the e-mail white-list section from the menu at the bottom of the page. | |
| | | Q. | I did not receive the E-Mail to activate my account. What should I do? | |
| Ans. | Read the material under "White List" at the bottom of the web page. Unfortunately, some ISPs are blocking our e-mails as if they are spam, and there doesn't seem to be anything we can do about it. They have refused to stop blocking our e-mails, even after we have contacted them about the issue.
If all else fails, get a free gmail or yahoo account, and use that e-mail address. Just be sure to check your junk mail folder if you are using yahoo, because the e-mails can go there until you flag them as not being spam. | |
